The edges look suspicious to me can we get edge shots?

The first shot from 1 to 3 o'clock seems to show signs that may be lost wax casting lines (from cutting the waxes from the moulds)

I have collected Roman coins for more decades than I am prepared to admit.
The style of Augustus (Octavian) on the coin pictured is quite unfamiliar to me.
