Ancients are fairly cheap as is. Find a good dealer and buy an ancient for $3 - $10 shipped after posting pics here for opinions.

The ancients board is probably the most helpful and full of great guys / characters.

Rest in Peace

NEVER have had any luck with "OBW" ebay rolls for RPMs. If you want unsearched, buy my 1963Ps, I looked through about 150 out of a quart orange juice container to the minor DDO / DDR, didn't find any, gave up and made 19 more rolls. The three I looked at are in my storage box, the rest went for sale. Were they searched before me? Don't know, but do suspect it went from bag to jar.

PS: was bought on online auction as "Mixed 1960's BU cets!", yea was a well mixed group of 1963Ps only, boy was I burned!

I am going to suggest an Ike, of course.

I am looking at a few of them on ebay right now myself.
Rest in Peace

Don't buy a coin that you like. Buy a coin that you love.

I voted "something else." When starting out, I bought random things. When I later developed specific areas of interest, all those random purchases (well, most of them ) got liquidated to make room for adding to what I am really interested in at the moment. If I can get it for free, then I'll take it! If I'm buying, it needs to fit my goals. I appreciate my purchases much more when I kept that in mind.

Wise advice, especially if you have to keep to a budget.
