The copper plating is loosening from the zinc beneath.
Push the bubbles with a toothpick and they will move or pop.
We see this question so frequently that sometimes we get a bit goofy.

It's not possible for a Zinc cent to get a Lamination error. Most likely a huge Plating Bubble.
Errers and Varietys.

I would like to read what Mike and Coop think. I consider the zincoln to have a plating problem and not a lamination problem. A zincoln could have a lamination problem with the zinc core before being plated. But I have been wrong before. John1 |
