This was anticipated. After considering many possible actions, this is what I think is the most fair for all who guessed three correctly: The Phase 2 winner will be determined by your Phase 3 points. After Phase 3 is finished, the points accumulated there by the six of you will determine the winner of Phase 2. Of course there will also be a standalone Phase 3 winner. If one of you six wins Phase 3 outright, then you will be crowned the Phase 2 Winner and the Phase 3 runner-up of all contestants will be crowned the Phase 3 Winner. Make sense? Phase 3 will be to match the dates to the countries and add a denomination. This is much less likely to have a tie. When I post the Phase 3 start, the points and tie contingencies will be included from the beginning. Phase 3 will begin tomorrow evening, October 1, 2017. Oh, the suspense!
