The coin might be smooth, but the color is not great. Black early copper is not as bad as green early copper, but it's not prize either. I'd wait.

The rule of thumb for the Classic Head large cents is that the odd number date are the better dates. That's especially true for the 1809 and the 1811 and a bit true for the 1813.
