Nice photo's Snooba, how do you keep the integrity of the colour? I shoot in natural light, but lustre(especially the brilliance of such) is the hardest to capture on the bronze coins. I especially like that 64m with a touch of gun metal grey around the roo's front paw and star.

I like to shoot in natural light, my coin pics just seem to come out better. At night, some of the coin pics I take with the flash on at night come out pretty good too.
But at night I mainly have flash off under lights, which come out OK.

If you ever see any photos that I have posted that are awful, they are mine. But the wonderful photos I post belong to Peter R Andrews from Emu Auctions where I buy the coins. He is not only a nice guy and an honest seller, but also a heck of a photographer.

Have to admit I have bought some coins from emu auctions and I was extremely happy with what I got. As you say Snooba, the pictures are amazing and the gradings are very good.

Oh, and if you go to Peters' site, check out the numismatic fun section, it's worth the effort.

They are terrific aren't they. Gave me a great laugh when I noticed them browsing one day . Re your photos Snooba, you must use the same camera as me . Certainly not our lack photography skills .

I do not know of any places although there surely is. If you an ok camera you could take photos of the coins you have and put them up in the australian grading sectiom. That way we can all try and help you.
