Greetings, reverse has "bronze/gold type" colour? Obverse is silver. Is that paint on edge? RCM error? Thank you

What you are seeing is most likely the result of toning that occurred due to the way in which the coin was stored. I don't believe the piece is an error of any kind.

I agree with toning. Not a mint error.
I have several silver coins that are toned gold on one side
with the other side being silver.

I see this on many coins displayed in Canada Post locations that have the coins in direct sunlight. The coins turned a copper colour. Return for a new one.
