Offcenter Strike? - Coin Community Forum

I know its an error, but I'm having trouble classifying it. mikediamond Pillar of the Community United States 2740 Posts	Posted 05/09/2008 12:23 am It's a misaligned die error. The obverse die was misaligned. A misaligned die error will be offset on one face while an off-center strike will be offset the same amount and direction on both faces. Error coin writer and researcher.
