Some historical "Fish" for tonight. Here goes Lithuania 2 Litas circulation coin with resort town Birstonas Coat-of-Arms. Some day ago I recalled that there should be another 'fish' coin in my collection - one of the COA of Lithuanian resorts series. So I found a coincard, took a picture and almost had is posted... but when I cropped it properly I realized that the "fish" looks really much like whale :). So I decided not to violate the strict rules of topic - "no whales or dolphins" but do some investigations instead. Finally I found out that actual Coat of Arms looks like this: Despite the animal on the COA being a whale (with teeth? :)) the description clearly states : " A golden fish with silver teeth on a blue field". So technically it's a fish coin and I learned something new today.
