Looks to just be toned. Though, I'm not even remotely somewhat sorta-kanda maybe an Australians expert.

It is very shiny gold colour and I have a couple hundred pennies in AU condition some in unc,
But this and a 1951 I have really stand out, it looks like some proofs online so I thought I'd ask
