As an individual coin, no not worth more than a few cents. Think its a fairly common coin. I remember those in bulk junk bin buys before I got rid of my world coins. It is a 2002(?) Japanese 10 Yen coin only valued in mint condition at $.40, which yours isn't. Thrill a little kid with it, give it away.
