It looks like it has Wrapping Machine Damage to the WSW affecting the I in IGWT and NW on LIB. Is there anything else you are seeing?

@SV, I see circular scratches near the periphery that most like came from a wrapping machine. Otherwise, just normal wear and tear on a coin that is just worth face value. Was it those scratches that caught your eye?

It's a normal coin with coin wrapper damage PMD. Worth face value.
