If you want to make your own, I know of a couple smartphone apps to use: Photoshop Mix and Photoblend. I'm not sure about other desktop/laptop programs other than Photoshop.

Buckwill311, I looked closer and the lines were a fingerprint. I put a cent aside recently that has lathe lines and the link explained it well. Thank you.
