The obv of this Pfennig has both a lion and a wolf on the obv and two lions and an eagle on the rev. It was minted in Nuernberg for the Holy Roman Empire between 1210 and 1225 AD.

Here is a lion jumping over a crescent moon. This bracteate pfennig was minted between 1267 and 1277 AD by the German City State of Brunswick-Luenenberg.
