here is another 1988d Lincoln Cent that it looks a doubled die obverse ...what the experts see ?

This is the same as you been posting for some time now. It is flat, shelf like reduced devices from Machine Doubling. A doubled die increases the size of the devices because of the hub doubling that makes the spread on the die.

Here is another side by side. 1982P-1DO-003:
1988-D-Lincoln-Cent-Doubled-Die-Obverse-?
Note the doubled dies are enlarged in size. The devices you are noticing are normal size, reduced with Machine Doubling making them actually smaller in width.

Yours are like the example on the left image below:

These are altered after the strike, making the devices smaller.

i got confuse again mr ,, COOP ,,,,, ON this post ,,, I was asking for help on a 1988d doubled die obverse and you show me a picture of a 1982 doubled die obverse to explain to me a doubled die ,,, then I posted a 1982 doubled die obverse and experts said that it was MD ... my coin looks exactly like the picture example you show me about a doubled die 1982 ,,,,,, here are the 2 pictures ,,,,
