i found this 2007d Washington quarter and I see some doubling , not sure again ,,,, I am doing my best to know the difference beteween DD and MD ... what the expert see ?

I see Machine Doubling on your coin. Note the color on the affected areas are all the same color. So those areas are flat. They are not rounded.

So it is not a doubled die, it is Machine Doubling.
