Pr30. 1858 was the first year that the mint advertised proof sets for sale to the public. This year is also the only proof-only Seated dollar in the entire series. I like it more for what it is than what it looks like.

This Impaired Proof is graded PCGS PR20 and sold recently via a Heritage auction for
a surprisingly high price of $8700.
