I'm gonna say someone put those little stickers on the stars and dipped it! Do I win a prize?  Oh, this is the gading forum, not the error one, sorry. Definitely cleaned, wiped at the least, tried to "fix" a dark coin, too bad. AU-53 with those heavy scratches Reverse North. Weird lookin' eye appeal tanking on E.

Like it. Don't love it but if I saw it in hand it I bet I would like it more. The dark in the protected areas is what the whole coin probably looked like before its cleaning. That being said, I agree with the frog AU-50 market acceptable cleaning.

I am not sure this one has the same appeals to other ones you have, but I'd agree with other said about old cleaning and market acceptable.
