The FG looks awfully close to the base of the memorial and the G has serifs. So with that being said I'd say WAM

And the A in STATES looks centered so I would have to agree with you mark

@Leeevi
There is more then just the closeness of the A and the M to look at you got to look at the A in STATES and the I intials at the memorial base if the intials are close to it it is a WAM if they are farther it's a CAM and if the A in STATES is center it is a WAM and if it is closer to the right T it is a CAM

boy thats sure had me gawkin hard. dang its a widie... with the serrifs on the FG and close to memorial base I gotta go with the gang. finding one would be out of this world. the 1992 P is still pulling over $2,800 in AU if you can find one, The 92 Ds are apparently being found in numbers enough to go in the $1,200 1,600 range in AU, 2 years ago they were $2,300 if you could find one. People have found them thats for sure, if it was a 1992 philly Close AM would you have put it on the auction block? I would find it impossible I would be too busy saying Get Back, Get Back :)
