Errers and Varietys Bedrock of the Community United States 74895 Posts	Posted 01/09/2018 12:56 am It was caused by a partial Grease Filled Die ( Struck Through Grease). What happens is it causes the devices to become weak and in some cases completely missing. It prevents the full strike of the devices. Errers and Varietys. Report this Post to the Staff
