Hint time again. Your answer when multiplied by 6, should give you a whole number to "fit".

Cudo's to the members with "fitting" answers already.

Bump111- give it another shot.

So there are 6 coins. There's the problem. I am a slave to the 5-coin US series mentality. Given so many chances I should be zeroing in! Thanks for the advice and guidance. If this set is non sequitur, you will have to write me off

Bump111- I had a good belly laugh there. Your answers "fit", you are in.

crazy,
1) take six dates from 1984-1987, add the dates up as if they were numbers, divide by 6 to 4 decimal places.
2) take six dates from 1984-1987, add the dates up as if they were numbers, divide by 6 to 4 decimal places.
3) take six dates from 1984-1987, add the dates up as if they were numbers, divide by 6 to 4 decimal places.

Since there are only 4 years, then some years will be duplicated. Some years may not be in your guess.

Those will be your three guesses.

It is a complicated way of saying "guess the dates of 6 coins that have the dates 1984, 1985, 1986, or 1987".

I think I'm out on this one. The first try at guessing lended an answer that has been guessed at least twice.

@spruett Then if that was the right answer you and them 2 would go to round 2 whatever that may be.

You can get the same average with different date combinations, but the contest only requires the average of your guessed dates and the dates don't actually matter in this round.

Can't win if you don't play.

moxking and nfine- your answers don't "fit". Look at your co-guesser for inspiration, and feel free to guess again.

Please take another shot.
