A couple of years ago while picking through junk silver stacks at a show I ran across this 1943-S
Washington quarter DDO which I picked up for melt. Not a high-grade example but much less common than the 1934
DDO. (I'd love to pick a '37 but those require blind dealers to miss them.)
PUP's: bottom of TRUST, left edges of L I B E in LIBERTY.

Another nice error "in the wild" thanks to an attentive cashier at work -- 1974
Roosevelt dime with a clipped planchet. Definitely not rare, but neat.
