IMO looks like a mint state coin with bleh toning. Don't see the appeal, but to each their own.

I think people who recognize original surfaces will not necessarily be put off by the dusky toning. Some pieces just turn that way. Also, the coin's technical preservation is what determines its grade. There is obviously no wear. Lustre is undisturbed. And there don't appear to be any serious marks.
