This is the first for me to see a full BIE on a modern cent.(found CRH and it is in a decent shape)

stoneman, thank you for that, good to know there are his sisters out there.What did they title it or calling this on coc ? BIE or LIB or LIIB ?

Mark you are correct, I wasn't sure if there was a established title for it.hopefully stoneman will chime in on this.

Mark is correct. IIB denotes the specific location of the die break . As a whole , die breaks around any letters of Liberty on Lincoln cents are popularly known as BIE's .

I got this '95 BIE in my change from Target last year. I've yet to find one while roll hunting.
