Pretty sure it's a tourist copy of a Jewish Maccabees Prutah. And a very bad one at that. Script on reverse isn't even Hebrew! real Prutah of 135-104BC Hyrcannus I

@hook, first welcome to CCF. Second, yes unfortunately this is not a real coin but rather a modern copy.

 Agreed it's a fantasy coin, combining the anchor from a prutah of Alexander Jannaeus (103-73 BC, the "widow's mite") and garbled legends and imagery from a Pontius Pilate prutah. These were made by a religious supply company and sold in bulk for like 25-50 cents per coin for use in Sunday school classes. The kids frequently forget where they came from and they get mixed into collections of real coins, then sold as genuine. We see dozens of them per year.
