The reverse does not show the opposite side of the area I need to see. The top of the left wheat lines and the 'E' on EPU.
Rest in Peace

Quite possible that glob on front is glue, slightly irregular for a Cud but do need to see if there is a weakness as Coop mentioned on upper left stalk on reverse. Soaking in acetone for a few hours may tell too.

Looks like it wan't there when the coin was struck. It is were a Cud, then the E & P on the EPU would not be there. So check to see if it is glue? It may have been on there for some time as the reverse rim is lowered a bit during circulation.

No glue, I'm assuming you mean the chip missing on front lower left?

Those shiny spots are from coin wear after someone dropped the coin and bent the rims a bit. (bad thing to happen to drop a coin)
