Hi guys!

I am not a collector but have gotten very lucky. I have a Sacagawea Wounded Eagke in great condition.

I have checked the NGC and other coin grading companies but the cheapest I can find is $25 basic membership + $52 for grading (including handling fees) that's $77

I took my coin to a rare coin shop and the person behind the counter admittedly knew nothing about my coin. He offered me $100. I declined.

I do not want to put in so much time and investment only to profit $23.

Should I put this coin on ebay and try there? Or is grading really worth the hassle and cost of submission. Ie- do you think this coin is worth it?

I've purchased a few ungraded for well below $100. My PCGS MS65 example was purchase for a bit over $100.

There are a lot of these coins coming out lately. Prices are going to drop as more are discovered, get what you can while your're still able.
