From doing a little research, I believe the first one with the eagle is:
Ptolemaic Kingdom, Ptolemy I Soter, 323 - 283 B.C.
26 mm
14 g

The second one; I don't even know what to search for.
32 mm
15 g

Any direction would be good.

Hard to see much from the pics of Ptolemy. I believe the coin is (likely) genuine but attribution may need better photography.
Second coin looks like a cheap bronze casting of a Syracuse Tetradrachm. The picture doesn't show it well but it shows enough to make me say it looks no good

Need clearer pictures. The first coin is Ptolemaic and appears genuine but need clear pictures to be sure. The second is a very crude cast copy of a decadrachm of Syrcause.

I took better pictures.
What is the best way to find out the value?

Does " very crude cast copy of a decadrachm of Syrcause " mean I should use it under a leg to level off my dresser?

I usually go to Vcoins.com and see what they're being sold for. I also go to ebay and search for "Sold" listings to what they've sold for (if any). Only on ebay sometimes you will see some fakes that were sold for cheap (some for a lot).

I would keep the fake, just for reference and a lesson learned.

@Grob Both of these strike me like the kinds of repros Reader's Digest used to send along with offers for book series they sought to sell. They are also both in the same size and weight range.

I don't like the look of the eagle on what purports to be a Ptolemaic piece. It's too flat, as are the surfaces around the defects.
