Thanks. It is free of environmental damage and pitting on the surfaces, so I liked it. My previous "hole filler" was covered with corrosion. None of the obverse or reverse was visible except for the date, 1809,

Added an IHC picked up from a LCS. Not perfect, but it will do.

ebay purchase. I was actually looking for a capped bust Half Dime and this half dollar popped up in my feed. Put in a bid for $50. No one else bid and here she is.

How many times was I close to pulling the trigger on beautiful/great price Capped Bust Half and it was actually a quarter!.. or a Large Cent and it was actually a Half Cent!!
