Assuming it's genuine, and I think it is, then low MS slider is my guess. There is a lot of luster, a good strike and good color but the inside in the numerals in the date look a little odd. I've seen similar pieces go as high as MS63.

Absent better pics, love the luster, I'll say solid MS-63, shot 64.

There might be some slight rub in the fields but this one should qualify as mint state. The tiny obverse rim dings aren't significant. MS-63 seems possible.

The pics are from my scanner and I don't manage to do anything better.
I didn't expect it to go that high.
