Yo USSID18. How much did you pony up for those nice Seated dollars? Did you buck up the $$$$. Those will likely be the last coins in my 7070.

I know you're feeling my pain. I'm happy with the condition and price. I had to do some creative financing and sold some things. These guys were at the top end of my budget plan.

Both are (were!) slabbed. The guy was asking $380 for the 1860-O, VF20, I paid $330. I paid $440 for the 1871. I think he was asking $550. I just got tired of messing around.

I think I read here somewhere that someone might be starting a new Type Set thread.

It will be coming after the Indian Head cent thread is complete. Probably the week after Thanksgiving.

Nice consistent look in that Dansco! ! I kinda do the same thing with obv./rev. coins next to each other so I don't have to turn the page and see the rev. upside down.

@Wizardnyc

It was a joy watching your 7070 grow from few dimes to what you have accomplished so far.

Keep it up. You have some fine looking coins.

Took a long break, but slowly getting back in it. Raising twins, breeding geckos, and recording with my band consumed all my time.

Here's my bust Half Dime. Will fit my 7070 nicely.
