You right, Looney, but your case specific.

Some years ago, I haven't received never inexpensive item. And also asked several time the seller to send it.
At the end, after seller blocked me, I got refund from PayPal. But again, seller could do whatever he / she wants.
(necessary to say, that usually buyer also could do whatever he/she wants including non-pay or saying "never received the item as described")

@ Silveroid...not quite sure what you are asking me..maybe you could rephrase your question...@ Looney4Numey...good point on ebay contract..I like to think that possession is 9/10 of the law but ebay would be a mess if sellers didnt fufill their contract..I didnt leave negative feedback to the seller who refunded me because ive done the same thing maybe 4 times over the past 15 years on ebay for 2 different reasons ..1. being mad with paypal for holding my funds for a month on a 2000.00 sale of 3 Gold hoard coins ...2. to being miffed about the price received...from the last episode with a Black Panther comic book... which I resolved today and cleared my negative feedback....Anyways I got lucky with the FL coin because when I got refunded fairly early on within 2 days of purchase...I immediatley started looking for another source and luckily got the last of the Post Office stock within hrs of it being sold out........So I got my 3 coins for about ..issue...On another Topic....I tried looking for an explanation for how they do the enamel design on the colored coins but information is really hard to find.. if not impossible ...due to patents pending I would think..Does anyone know how they do it?..it seems to have a lot of texture....the special blacklight affect must be some sort of chemical because it disappears under normal lighting....

What happens when there as many UFO designs as there are superman coins? The trend has been to redo what's hot, and prices drop. I'd be very surprised if there isn't another UFO design in the works. Even a 3D sculpture that shoots a beam of light wouldn't surprise me at this point.

@ R...I wonder also ..They would have to create another historical siting UFO coin and there are at least 3 plus more major Canadian incidents that could qualify..They wont get as much interest if they just stick a UFO on a coin..like the current Canada Maple Leaf enhanced UFO coin that is just plain dumb. My guess is that if they are doing a series of unexplained phenomena then the next one in the series is already in the works and it probably wont be a UFO coin. Maybe a famous ghost mystery which would look cool in a blacklite .....
Rest in Peace

Wikipedia has a list of 13 'UFO' incidents in Canada - a coin for each would make for a long series:

Falcon-Lake-UFO--Silver-Coin

Though I remember another of honourable mention in the Arnprior, Ontario area say about 1970.

Edwin Fuhr incident in 1974..I think this is the best Canada UFO that ive researched but I havent looked through all of them....If the RCM did a UFO series on Canada UFO events it would be well received in the UFOlogy community thruout the world and I'm sure it would sell better than comic book coins. The Falcon lake coin is however the first one and this will be remembered for sure. At least by me...ha ha

Colonial Acres had reduced their price to $549.00 from $650.00.

So from here it is all downhill for the UFO coin. Better sell quick for those who want to make a buck. I am keeping mine as I do not flip.

I think it's the other way around. Colonial Acres reduced their price because of prices dropping on ebay. They sold the last one for $549.00.

An ebay seller is listing 4 coins per day as one-day auctions, at a low starting price. He's sabotaging himself this way by driving down the price. However, he probably wants to beat the expected coming rush.

Once he sells all his coins, and the coming rush is over, we'll see how strong the demand really is.

We've seen other coins rebound unexpectedly, even after price is beaten down temporarily by ebay competitors. Time will tell. Meanwhile, those who missed out can buy one a little cheaper.

jw-collectibles has been auctioning off a coin a day for probably the past month. While the price has come down a bit, they are still getting close to 400 per coin. I wonder how many UFO coins they got their hands on.

@UFOcoin

Seriously....why are you so angry? We are all grown ups and can make our own decisions as to what to purchase.

The bad mouthing of an ebay seller whom you continue to harass in almost every post of yours should not be allowed here. If you have issues with this seller, why don't you report him to ebay?

I am beginning to wonder if this ebay seller is a competitor of yours because I am unable to understand all this VITRIOL against the seller and all of us.

Take a deep breath and relax!

RCM has several non-coins recent items, which valuable (depends on the collector) only due to the RCM brand on it:

**RCM watch
**RCM annual report (with a special coin for some few years)
**RCM wooden case
**RCM flash-lite
**RCM magazines / booklets

not surprised that someone sells / trades all of these and people are buying.

The 2000 RCM desk clock is the notable exception however - for that contains the 2000P 50-cent.
