Hi I have a 1987d dime that has abnormal eye and circle in neck. Thoughts on it ? Also kind of hard to see in picture but looks like a number 6 under the D on united . And seems there. Might be a letter s under the letter F (of).

Need a reverse picture to tell for sure. Maybe a dent in the coin's reverse pushing up the metal on the obverse.

It looks like a damaged coin to me, maybe heat? I don't think it's a die break.
