I have only found 2 partial collars CRHing, and the first was last month. Here is this weekend's find, a 1989-P. I almost missed this one. Seeing that the obverse was a little bit misaligned, I turned it over to confirm a MAD, and my eye caught the raised edge. Makes me wonder whether I have missed others in the last couple of years! Anyway, I'm happy to have found this one.

Nice find! I've pulled some similarly misaligned coins but tossed them all into a box for later review.

Is that only a partial collar, or is it also a MAD.
