Toning looks OK, but isn't the presence of pale halos around the stars supposed to mean something? Is that an indicator for old cleaning or perhaps artificial toning? That's natural, radial toning with reds blues, yellows and gold overtones. The pictures do it no favors. Post some pictures of it under some light when you get it, smalldawg.
