The website shows F cremonesi was special commissioner of Rome (Commissario straordinario di Roma )from March 2, 1923 until October, 1925. I found nothing on the receiver, Vito Bianco. The other side shows the shield of Rome with letters S.P.Q.R. ( Senatus Populusque Romanus), meaning the Senate and People of Rome. Report this Post to the Staff

Filippo Cremonesi (22 August 1872 - 19 May 1942) was an Italian banker and politician. He was born in Rome, Kingdom of Italy. He was mayor of Rome from 1922 to 1926. Report this Post to the Staff
