Comic book coin values will follow the pattern of comic book sales most of the time. Popularity of the resultant coinage will rise and fall in tandem with the big 3:::: Batman,Superman and Spiderman and I might suggest that any perceived investment strategy in comic book coins be confined to these 3..... but as there are at least 25 more very popular comic book characters from Hulk to Deadpool which also include many very modern characters it might be possible to do some flipping for profit on certain characters which appeal to the younger generations..however that is an arduous task compared to other more traditional numismatic opportunities for making a return like the 1877 IHC in any condition.....I think that comic book coins will always appeal to all ages and they are marketed in many places such as movie premieres and comic cons where coins are often given away....whether or not they will retain value is very debatable but the genre of |Comic Book coins is indisputable.
