Fantastic coins everyone! This has been an excellent thread with many wonderful coins posted by many members. I apologize that I forgot to post my Barber dime and Half Dollar.

As this thread is winding down, I have narrowed down the subject of the next "Days of..." thread to be either Capped Bust coins or Seated Liberty coinage. I am trying to decide which is better. Our most recent thread on Capped Bust coins was a while ago. Yet a Seated coinage thread has been requested by many members. I will have made up my mind on which one shall be the subject of the next "Days of..." thread soon.

Thanks for participating in this thread everyone!

Yes, thank you for organizing these and especially for this tribute to the most passionate Barber collector I've ever known - and a true gentleman, scholar and mentor. Rest in peace, Mike.

Sneaking this in on the end. I won these two coins (1893 quarter & 1897 dime) for a grand total of $6 last night, they're going to a good home -- mine... pictures are cropped from the two seller's 2x2 flip photos.

Hard to believe it has been almost a year since Mike has passed. He brought a sense of enthusiasm to Barber collecting that is unmatched. Here is my contribution to the thread in his honor. A little belated, but I haven't been on the forums much in the past year.

BTW, a lot of the previous scans look very familiar. ;)

Edit: Sorry for the picture size, if you want to see larger photos, they can be found here:
