Quote: At the Old Mint in Sydney you can get a set that includes an Australian sovereign! Very nice! Quote: The first space shuttle. But it never went to space Yup. Turns out it was cheaper to build Challenger than it was to retrofit Enterprise for space flight (she was built to do atmospheric test flights).

I continue to mess around with rolling old cents, cranking this pair out just yesterday. The well worn, lower grade coins I utilize for this purpose sometimes make it a dicey proposition as to how much detail will transfer to the backside, but these two turned out well enough. The 1912 dated hosts were chosen on account of that being the year the territory of Arizona was granted statehood.

Here's another oldie, a souvenir of the Century of Progress Exposition. The backside was so smoothed out in the rolling process that the precise nature of the host coin will have to remain a mystery. An amusing aspect of this elongated is that, if you look closely, "The Train of Tomorrow" actually appears to be in the process of derailing. See: https://www.railarchive.net/centprog/up_m10000.htm

From the 1904 St. Louis World's Fair {also known as "The Louisiana Purchase Exposition"), the host coin being from that same year, which seems to be not atypical with cents pressed at this event. See: http://washingtonmo.com/1904/p10.htm
