Diamonds are missing from the headdress.

Bottom of hair behind ribbon filled in.

I didn't change the eyebrow.
I didn't change the diamonds.
The extra hair is correct.
That leaves two changes to go.

I see a change in the diamonds. I noticed a space where one diamond was removed; specifically, the one closest to the ribbon.

Correctly identified differences:
1) Necklace missing a bead (chafemasterj)
2) M of AMERICA missing upper serifs (Zurie)
3) Headdress feathers missing detail (mcshilling)
4) Shortened denticle around 11 o'clock (jason39305)
5) Extra hair above the 77 of the date (JimmyD)

The upper serif of the 1 in the date has been lowered or otherwise altered.
