Correctly identified differences:

1) Necklace missing a bead (chafemasterj)
2) M of AMERICA missing upper serifs (Zurie)
3) Headdress feathers missing detail (mcshilling)
4) Shortened denticle around 11 o'clock (jason39305)
5) Extra hair above the 77 of the date (JimmyD)
6) The upper serif of the 1 in the date has been lowered (spruett001)
7) Designer's initial L removed (TNG)

The rod that the bell would rock on is missing on both sides.

Edit: looked it up. Called the gudgeon.

I counted those separately, but it's really one difference, I guess.

Correctly identified differences:

1) Bell's crack is too short (Tootallious)
2) Bolt on the yoke under the S in STATES is missing (Mark1959)
3) & 4) The rod that the bell would rock on (gudgeon) is missing on both sides (chafemasterj)
