It does look like the left leg of the eagle is bare, no feathers. Sometimes they just come out that way though, I think. Just like sometimes the left hand is a blob. Report this Post to the Staff

moxking Rest in Peace United States 17900 Posts	Posted 05/21/2018 9:07 pm Technical Grade PF 65. Eye Appeal 6/10. For a 43 this is struck very softly both obverse and reverse.
