coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 05/27/2018 3:59 pm If it were a mint mark (which could happen since the mint marks since 1990 have the mint mark as part of the design) then it would be raised. What you are seeing is on the surface of the coin, not an extra mint mark. Report this Post to the Staff
