Errers and Varietys Bedrock of the Community United States 74906 Posts	Posted 05/29/2018 4:17 pm That's very underweight for a Nickel. The normal weight is 5 grams and yours is at 4.22 grams. It's an error coin. It's call a Rolled Thin Planchet. Second, I agree that it would be nice to see the rev of this nickel, but would also add that it would be nice to see this nickel stacked on another, normal weight nickel. Your should be a bit thinner if it is a thin planchet. Thx!
