Not sure if this one would fit in a category, but I was happy to find it in my "change". I apologize if I'm posting too much but I have been enjoying going through my banknotes again and being able to discuss them with the enthusiasts on this site.

Why is this a repeater?

I may be wrong, but I believe it repeats in a 4 cycle pattern, as 0700 & 0700 (we just don't see the first 0). That's why 2 cycle (0707070) also a radar & 3 cycle (0070070) repeaters tend to be more popular as they're tougher to find.

For about one second I thought I had scored a 5000000 note from my bank this week!
