Do remember in GB they do not grade by the US scale, but after the much more conservative way we also grade here in Denmark and Norway.

Difficult to be sure as some of the pictures are a bit blurry. On the UK system I would say they are all around the VF maybe VF+ area. I think I understand this would be the XF to AU area on the Sheldon scale.
As to value, the Vicky 2d is Maundy and as a loose single with some scratches I would think £20 to £25.
The GII Penny - not a particularly scarce date, probably £30 to £40.
The GII Fourpence - again not a scarce date but a nicer looking coin and more sought after - probably £40 to £60.
(I am not a valuer - all based on what I would expect to pay if I needed any of those.)
