1987 P Lincoln Memorial Cent Struck Through Wire Brush Bristle (Not PSD!)

Errers and Varietys Bedrock of the Community United States 75349 Posts	Posted 06/07/2018 5:07 pm I found this in a circulated bankroll from a bank box of U.S. Pennies. As you can see, it was Struck Through a Wire Brush Bristle. It's a large piece too. I guess the whole thing fell off and got struck into a couple of coins. Errers and Varietys. The 1980's seemed like a very common year for the U.S. Mint to have Die Clash issues. Maybe they were trying to clean off the die and a wire brush bristle fell out. Errers and Varietys.
