it is simply two off-center strikes that happen to just about match up.

I'll agree with Condor101 on this one. I believe you would be wasting your money if you try to get it graded.IMHO

Thank you everyone for the responded.
@Jasper62 I wasn't plan to get it slabbed. I was just hoping if there is something about it. Thanks for your info. I learned alot from every and each one of you here on this forum.
@Mark1959 That I was hoping but I doubt it. If it was worth that much, they might be able to do it with each in a slabbed with label 1of2 and 2of2 LOL.

I brought these 2 to a coin specialized dealer near me to examine. They respond was it might me simultaneous struck, but he said he will email one of his buddy about it and email me back with the result. I received email from him earlier stating that it is not a Mated Pair or Chain Strike, but might be something new because of the strike marker seem to match that both of these were struck at the same time. They need more time for further examine.

It's certainly a fun looking find .... I'm with Condor that the two happen to almost match up - does not imply that they were somehow struck together.

Thanks everyone! My gut are telling me "Just a coincidence". But somehow it just doesn't seem right. Both were found in a same Mint bag. The strike marker, the depth, and the way it appear make me think of "Simultaneous Struck Off Center". I will let every one knows if I discovered anything new, and the email from my dealer.

No way to prove they were struck simultaneously. Since they don't touch each ther they could have bee struck one right after the other and they would have had the same appearance. Out they could have been struck a hundred coins apart, You would be hard presses to prove they were even struck in the same press.

with Conder101. Close, but not close enough.

Might try aligning the chins to show the spread on G OD. The current reverse spread or alignment differs to much compared to the obverse image.

Also I would think the edges would show evidence of touching, which I don't see. Thanks, Doug.

I would like to see a closer view of each coin to see if the die states match. That might be a start?

After this post I went back and checked. The die states are different. The reverse dies are not the same die state. So not from the same dies.
