3 Digit Radar Note. Need Help If Its Worth Anything Or Just Face Value?

Would it be worth anything and is it even a radar serial number? I am new to this and so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much. Report this Post to the Staff

I believe it would have value above face, but how much depends on condition. Can you post pics?
