@t360, you have such incredible series of Charles XI and Louis XIV!
It seems to me for Charles there is a bit more variety to the portraits at any point in time, but with Louis the portraits are more homogenous.
Is this the case?
It's been interesting to watch, since with Poland at this time, the portraits of Jan Casimir on a given type (6 groschen are the easiest for comparison), show more variation in the portraits between mints, I think. I don't think anyone here can put up as many examples in a given year as you have shown (except for Petrus' schillings).

It started as a joke (probably influenced by lots of wine and beer) - a challenge for the city made by Everard Meyster, a well known person in that time.  The stone (moved during the ice ages over the countryside) was a huge: 9 tonnes. So 400 people were needed to pull it on a sledge into the city from the moors near Soest, about 10 kilometers far. The accomplishment was celebrated with beer of course and made the city famous, giving it the nickname keistad and its inhabitants keitrekkers. Funny story and nice token to match it. I will add to giljan's 1663 contributions with this Lithuanian shilling, Jan Casimir, Oliwa mint. As mentioned earlier by @petrus, these small copper "boratinki" of Jan Casimir are interesting to collectors of Poland coins, for the many mints and variations. As best I can tell, the Oliwa mint produced coins under authority of the Polish crown only in one year, 1663 (and only these small copper solidi). Oddly, Oliwa is in the former West Prussia near Gdansk, not in Lithuania, so there was a significant departure from historic minting practices under Jan Casimir (as we will see in 1661, this was not the first instance).
